I’ve only come here for one class so far, and I was pretty impressed. We did a haute yoga class, and it was also my first time ever trying any type of yoga at a business so I was really not sure what to expect. But I really loved it! It took some getting used to walking into that hot room, it honestly feels suffocating to begin with but then it gets better, and you feel absolutely amazing after, like totally refreshed and rejuvenated because you’ve sweated out all the toxins from your body. According to my friend’s knowledge, who has done a lot of yoga in her life already, she said the class we did was one of the harder ones, but I still loved it and the challenge and our instructor was super chill and great at explaining things for the most part, and this is coming from a complete beginner. It was really easy to book my spot online, and the prices are definitely not cheap but they aren’t the worst either in my opinion. I’m definitely going to come back at some point. And, it’s right at the Southgate shopping center so one of the coolest landmarks in Lakeland, how fun!!

I’ve been going to Yoga Pointe off and on for years now, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff and patrons are always so welcoming and friendly. This place always has such a good vibe; from the smiling faces to the aromatics. The studio is so well kept and always clean. Classes are offered at a variety of skill levels and times a day to accommodate virtually anyone’s needs. If you are looking for a studio to pop in at, or a studio to make your home, look no further, Yoga Pointe is your place!

Marvelous support staff and a great facility. After a few months Rehabbing my spine issues I was able to cancel my lawn service and take over My own maintenance for the first time in a year and a half. JM 72

There’s no words to describe how amazing the YP team is. Moving to a new state and feeling so overwhelmed - I am so happy I found YogaPointe and can say that I am grateful everyday I attend a class with Jana, Adrienne, Jes, Shannon, Marni & all the rest of the team. I am always recommending to everyone I know to join & experience the wonderful energy of YP!

Great class and way to start my morning. Clean facilities and friendly staff. I also love that they have showers.
